If that is the case then how it got approved by WHO ? Trials were there but it has been complained about its transparency. It is in use in 30 countries and nothing of that sort has reported. It has an efficacy of 92% to begin with. Anyone having a brain cell will go for Pfizer or Moderna and if not better to go with Sputnik as compared to Chinese vaccine.

About the hate of BD jonogon, the main reason which I can understand was the excessive influence of India on BD ranging from politics to economy. Think about the cartoon of Taskin holding Dhonis head. Now situation is improving for BD which is good for us as well. A developed BD will be less a enemy.

And It is this reason why India and by extension Indian's are so popular in South Asia.

Believe me I am happy for you all, I can see the country is coming out of her worst times. I have seen the changes from 2005. It was pathetic those days with bandh and lawlessness.

The main problem China had was messaging the Chinese embassy in Sri lanka first tweeted that pricing was based on income of the country that was why high income hungry paid the highest and since Sri lanka was high middle income we had to pay 15 then they deleted the tweet after people complained about pricing

They they said it was fake news and no one would less than 15 after the government said they were going to make a diplomatic protest

Source of the problem is mainly China charged exceedingly higher price to countries like Sri Lanka. When India is charging 5-6 usd per vaccine and Russia 10 usd per vaccine, how come China charged its all weather friend Sri Lanka 15 USD per vaccine? I can smell bribe money in the deal.

Yes the government official was not professional but it would be matter of time anyway to disclose the price as corruption rate is so high in Bangladesh everyone is keeping a close eye on spending done by health ministry.
