Reality will kick in when he is in office. I don't take what Trump said that serious. He can flipflop anytime. The moment he won the election, he promised huge infrastructure spending. To him, it was the 2nd to none priority. And now you got the American naive soul rooting for a trillion defense spending. LOL500 billion for the military, giant tax cuts, a trillion on infrastructure, a giant wall and health insurance for everyone. Only one of these is financially possible.
My very own Robert Gates was pretty Republican and he was the one who cut everything defense-related during the BUSH and Obama admins. It's very realistic actually. With a republican congress, and Trump calling for a larger/advanced military, higher defense budgets are almost a certainty. The only question is the amount increase.
