I think the absolute smartest thing he can do is drastically lower the cost of college tuition. It would pay dividends almost immediately. If that means teleconferencing and 2000 student size classrooms...well then so be it.

He can treat college tuition payments as a Capital loss on your taxes.

we say so about ourselves but the thing that worries me more after making such a statement regarding pakistanis is that such nations never attain glory and they are usually wiped out of the map of the world. according to our current level of corruption it seems that in pakistan rich will will get richer and the poor will get poorer which will lead to chaos in the society (as in may african countries) and ultimately the country disintegrates due to internal conflicts. is there any possible solution?? at least i dont know any?
