Excuse me, but I'm talking about your multi-billion dollar employment firm and you not being given a phone.

I've worked in three companies in my career so far. Two of them were large behemoths. None have offered a cellphone as a standard piece of equipment. I do get computing equipment approaching $10k but that is company property and part of my work, I have to return them when I leave. Your situation of offering iPhones to employees is definitely uncommon.

These uni VCs are living like governors, while poor ppl cant afford good education. UET Peshawar VC gets to live in a 24 kanal house, 5 vehicles, guards, gardeners, servants, drivers, works deppt of uni used for all maintenance, all traveling free with allowances and foreign trips. And cherry on the topping, the VC upon retirement, in addition to other benefits, gets to keep one vehicle, so usually the VC buys a brand new honda civic just months before retiring n gets to keep it. Now the same UET is saying they dnt have money to pay salaries of teachers.
