President Alvi Rejected PM Shehbaz Advice to Remove Governor Sarfraz Cheema

According to Article 48 of the Constitution, implementation of the advice of the Prime Minister is binding on president, he can return once but not for the second time. But if the dentist thinks that he is a worker instead of a president and wants to give a toothless answer, then he has to deal with article 6.

by this rule Punjab should be given to PMLN. PMLN has most seats in Punjab than any other party.
Not really after independent joining PTI party PTI has more seats unless you dont know maths

Regardless even without independents the gap was less then 3% not 300%

Although the decision to not approve the denotification by the President seem unethical and not constitutional but it seems criminally unfair that a party with just 84 seats are ruling the Government and the party with 150 seats are overthrown. The end to this tussle is just elections… nothing more or less
Unethical not unconsitutional

But is both unethical and unconsitutional that floor crossing was done and denotification of candidates isnt happening(election comission doesnt make decisons its automatic per constitution)

Again, not a lawyer, but from what little I have understood, the President is bound to go with the advice of the new PM in case of a new Governor, but an existing Governor serves at the pleasure of the President. Would be happy to be proven wrong though.

As for the rest of your comment, completely agree. You cannot have selective ethics in this whole fiasco. You cannot have CM elections from the gallery, you cannot have 25 people disqualified but still be in government, you cannot have so many things.

Democracy in this country is a sham.

The constitution is just there as a show to fool the public in this banana Republic.

The whole country is being run through an illusion. The constitution, 90% media, the charade rule of law and justice, claimed sovereignty etc are all part of this illusion to keep the common person from rising up.

This is what a 21st century colony/occupation looks like. Raise and feed a lobby in the security establishment, domesticate a few dogs/dynasties. Now just open a few embassies the size of garrisons and micromanage the chessboard.

Is it constitutional to grab the power through horse trading, and buying the sellable lotas, the Judicairy was sleeping when horsetrading was going on.

And the PMLN have the audacity to call every act of President and Punjab governor as unconstitutional (so buying 26 PTI members votes is a constitutional thing).

They are playing this constitutional card as the Judiciary got involved in undoing the dissolution of the national assembly by PTI/President which was the ideal wayout for a general election.

Now need to bear with the consequences of public anger and outcry, an unelected government like the current PDM coming through horsetrading and foreign interference/conspiracy has no legitimacy and is an unconstitutional government.

Patwaris and Jiyalas play democracy and constitution card to their liking. When Imran Khan became PM of Pakistan via same constitution, they kept calling him selected. Now they have got Showbaz Sharif as PM from the same assembly and suddenly he is democratically elected constitutional PM 🤣🤣🤣
