Actually the words i used are a joke turned on PML nawaz. One of his Minister Khawaja Asif once uttered these words during a session in the parliament against PTI. Now every time PML does something like this, these words are repeated everywhere on the social media.

Degree itself has no value in Pakistan, when you have done masters or phd, thats still counted towards something. So its not so much that by getting a degree you become the perfect candidate to run the country, its about their lies, baddiyanti. If you are forging something small like this, whats the guarantee you won't do the same same when given the opportunity and mulk ko farokht kardain. Inna lillahe..
