The child can be given the Pakistani citizenship because of the Pakistani origin of the spy but there is no logic in giving any compensation to the wife. While fully cooperating with New Delhi, Pakistan had took action against the banned outs, LeT and JuD by lodging FIR against some suspected persons, and also detained many individuals for investigation. But Lahore High Court had released Hafiz Saeed on bail, saying that there was no evidence against him about the Mumbai catastrophe.Nevertheless, New Delhi failed in supplying solid proof to Islamabad about Mumbai mayhem except providing a self-fabricated story which was quite fake—full of loopholes, created by RAW. In the recent past, India has executed Ajmal Kasab, the lone survivor of the Mumbai attacks and Afzal Guru, In fact, RAW had taken forced statements from them that they had links with ISI and LeT.Especially, in January 2013, Indian Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde disclosed that organised training camps run by the fundamentalist parties, RSS and BJP were promoting Hindu Terrorism, and were behind the Samjhauta Express, Meccca Masjid, Ajmer Sharif and Malegaon blasts. He revealed that these parties were involved many times in Hindu Muslim violence in India, particularly Gujarat and Babri Masjid incident.In fact, India is not serious in resolving real issues with Pakistan. It is only interested in promotion of trade, friendly exchanges, tourism, relaxation of visas etc. because these favour Indian big economy. While taking positive steps, Islambad already signed a number of trade agreemens with New Delhi, which allowed India exports of mutltiple items across the Wagah border. It also granted India Most Favoured Nation status, which permits trade in almost everything. On the other hand, New Delhi has allowed investments by Pakistanis in India.Owing to Indian delaying tactics, Pak-Indian real issues, especially Kashmir dispute have still remained unsettled, because India is determined to keep its illegitimate control on Kashmir.Nonetheless, revelations of Indian Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and those of Satish Verma have clearly exposed that Indian officials themselves arranged various subversive acts in India. So, it is surprising that India has still been raising false allegations against Pakistan.

yes, pakistan government would of course deny that the arrested man had anything to do with isi, but one hopes they see the sense in compensating this lady because it is a public case now and any future recruits to isi should see their agency as something that will stand by them.

The Border Security Force (BSF) is investigating two fishing boats from Pakistan found abandoned in Indian waters off the Kutch coast.


The boats were found deserted in Harami Nala area of Kutch district of Gujarat, near the Indo-Pak border on Monday, BSF said in an official statement.

It said the occupants of these Pakistan-origin fishing boats may have fled in other vessels after seeing a patrolling party approaching them in Indian territory.

“They are around 30 feet in length and 5 feet in width and appear to be normal fishing boats”, the statement added.

Pakistani and Indian fishermen straying into the other’s territorial waters are captured by coastal law enforcement agencies. But such incursions are probed more closely since the 26/11 Mumbai attacks in 2008, when terrorists entered the Indian waters in a fishing boat.

remarriage is part of islami social system... twenty years ago, it was easier in india for muslim ladies to remarry but since then indian muslims largely, especially in the south, have turned reactionary - the burqa and too much of mosque going, and therefore have turned away from the simple and practical ways of true islam, and that means many indian muslims saying "remarriage?? divorce?? chee !!".

but what a female pakistani member told me some months ago is that remarriage is not so unusual in pakistan... @Zibago , it was squashh who said this.
