The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully flight testing the indigenously developed surface-to-surface tactical missile ‘Prahar’, from Launch Complex-III, ITR, Balasore, in Orissa on September 20, 2018.

Both will be qualified as short range ballistic mijjile

There is no comparison since Nasr is strictly nuclear while Parahar is non nuclear convention semi guided rocket developed / developing after the failure of Pinaka.

Anything but a failure. It had batch production problems because of ofbs manufacturing.

Nobody makes fun of Nasr. Only those who toot it as the ultimate deterrence are a joke. Plus, Prahaar and Nasr were first tested in the gap of a month or so with Prahaar having more than twice the range. This is an upgrade after years.

Prahaar wasn't a priority to India unlike Nasr, because of the Prithvi 1, which will now be discarded.

Don't reply to someone comparing Pinaka to Prahaar. :disagree: Next he'll say Pinaka Mk2 is because of the failure of Prahaar. Potato Tomato.

It is unfortunate you have nothing that compares with it.

I believe it has already been inducted.
