PPP MNA armed men thrash soldiers, snatch weapons

So it has started. PPP, PLMN and MQM to fight the army.

.
What kind of security were they providing if people can stop and check their vehicles?
Moreover the reason for thrashing is still unknown.

.
Please notify here when this 15-18 armed gangster gets PHAINTA.

Vadaira culture and somehow that feeling of being invincible, their bodyguards feel. Trying to break into a military convoy is the last thing I would do if I am in my senses.

.
reminds me of those spiders who try harder and harder to crawl off of the toilet bowl.
you entertain their effort.
you admire their courage.

but in the end.

You flush them.

Let the flushing begin.

At this point, it seems that PA soldiers should be armed with Non-lethal weapons like tasers etc to deal with threats like these.

It further points out that:

1. These soldiers under estimated their opponents.

2. Three soldiers cut off from rest of squad are sure to land in trouble during any ops whether war time or peace time.

3. Havaldar is an NCO whereas a Junior leader like JCO or an officer would have conducted this small incident in an efficient manner. It shows that more leadership training is required at NCO level. The JLA (Junior Leaders Academy) in Shinkiari should induct NCO's for training too.

4. Personal weapon being snatched is an insult as well as failure to conduct an assignment properly.

5. QRF of Corps commander's escort should have responded immediately if the NCO had radioed back the incident when things seemed to get out of hand. Lack of communication set is undesirable. In anycase, mobile phones are abundantly used.

6. It seemed the situation was out of hands of the NCO from the start, had he dealt the situation more severely and having complete control, the outcome would have been different. He should have arrested the 4 men inside the vehicle before they could call for help. If he had arrested them, tied their hands and feet, the incoming 12+ thugs would have lost their morale as soon as they would have seen that 3 soldiers were already in control of situation and such incident would have winded up with PA soldiers coming on top.

Completly agree on this, NCO of PA need to be more trained and educated at some special school.

This incident reminds me the major Kaleem episode, wich allegedly involved MQM, but this time is PPP.
Hope all the goons are well " chittar paraded" in a such manner they would never forget.

It would be interesting to see the follow up story. Is army gonna retaliate or just going to follow the law. i.e FIR, courts?
