Each and every politicians do this in world .. some do more and some do less ... even you or me will do something like this if we will get power ..
and for character wise .. I know people from India and Pakistan who went to limits to take much more exotic experience in USA ... not few but most of it .. so its fine .. But minister should return money back ...
