Our enemies will not stop anytime soon (for CPEC). Plus, this is just a simple forum, what are the security forces thinking of? They (Professionals in their own light) couldn't think of simple & cost-effective measures to stop these terries?

Do they want to lose billions in investments before someone is going to implement a action plan?
