Btw the national grid was upgraded to spare a repeat from a few years back. Most recently Karachi has experienced it which was an indication of that work having being accomplished. Interesting what the reason will be for this one In past it was a sudden drop in power to grid

Go hunt for pro PTI electrical engineers and tell them that grid resonance frequency is violently fluctuating. System has been shut down for precaution and grid by grid diagnosis is needed.

Relax guys due to cold and humid weather National Grid has tripped, it will take some hrs to restore the system. This is not the first time this has happened
