Postings in Army as Classified Specialist

Dear brothers
Asalam Alycum

I have a question regarding service in Pak army as Classified Specialist. My wife recently completed Specialization in Gyne/OBS and she is really crazy to join pakistan army as classified Specialist. The only thing which is stopping us to apply in pakistan army is the postings.
Does Pakistan army gives any relaxation in terms of posting ladies. Its bcz i m not in army and our life cud suffer a lot with living apart as i do job in Islamabad.

She can write a letter to MS Branch. Army will co-operate for sure.

Yeah MS branch really co-operates bcz it co-operated with an aunt of mine.

I just spoke on this matter with my friend and he was like "it's better not to expect too much from MS branch". Secondly, the induction of a married female doctor into Army isn't that easy.

Once someone is crazy about something then it must be accepted with its goods and bads. In this case your wife is interested to join army but worried about postings also, which may not be possible. MS branch can cooperate upto certain degree but not for whole service. In case of spouse serving in Army they do make some adjustments as per government laws. I would suggest you to continue your jobs accepting that all wishes are not fulfilled, yes you may fulfill your wish by sending your son or daughter in armed forces. I hope I haven't hurt your feelings.

1. depends on the type of posting, if its because of some natural disaster then there is no relaxation. A friend of mine's wife was posted in Kamra when floods came in 2011, she was posted for two weeks in Nawabashah and had to left her two kids at home, little one was 6 months old.

2. As compare to other branches, lady doctors are posted in hospitals. So wherever she is posted it will be in well established location but that could be far from your current city. And don't expect to get any relaxation on posting, Ugr yehi sub shru ho jaey tau fauj ka kia buney ga
