The post rating probably doesn't show up because the post was subsequently deleted by a moderator for breaking forum rules.
I am aware that Post was deleted. That is why it's not showing. Apparently, my post can be against Forum's Rule or The Thread was against the Forum's Rule, so it was deleted or the Member who gave the Negative Rating abused the Power he-she has. There can be any Possibility.
That is why I have requested them to Retrieve the Post. In case I'm at fault, I'll be careful not to post such thing in future. I should at least be given feedback/explanation for it.

I born and raised in Voronezh, I know why USSR was broken. While replying to his Troll Post, I used this emoticon thrice
and I was awarded the NEGATIVE RATING by forums Adminstator. However, Pakistani member was let off - supporting Terrorism is against Forum's Rules?
Any sane Human Being, would laugh at that Joke, isn't it?
Taliban Broke USSR - My Foot. I believe in above case; I didn't break the Forum's Rule. I just want to confirm, that I've not received the second Negative Rating 'cause of ABUSE OF POWER.
