I must say Indians do take the initiative which Pakistanis don't or can't... either way India's primary goal here is to unnerve the investors who may seek to invest when a new government in Pakistan is just about give an impression of taking on corruption and bringing transparency. You do have to understand India has a lot of internal contingencies, being on a back foot in Indian Punjab and souther India along with rising nationalism in Marathas. So, their aim is also to divert peoples attention to a foreign enemy to keep internal cohesion. Pakistan has never really tried to test the internal Indian dynamics.

all of those whom surrender were dissmissed from service. why you want to hung them ?they were defending country some 2000km away fighting 4 sides enemy . for me it was good idea to give them golden shake hand . bhutto was not hanged for 1971 he was hanged for 1977
