Indonesian hire another Indonesian to do blue color job, Indian who work in Indonesia usually are college or master degree working for multinational companies. Only in Singapore and Malaysia they hire many South Asian and South East Asian for blue color job (construction worker/ other).

The master guys are Chinese not native Malays. You can easily make out from their facial features. Most of the rich in Malaysia and Indonesia are Chinese immigrants.
