I am not expecting high turnout of voters. Only possible if rigging happens, as it happened in 2013 election. PPPP & PMLN has phd degree of this from 40 years. If PMLN add 15,000 fake votes on Total, then hashmi will still lose, if they add 30,000 fake votes and add genuine votes too, then hashmi will win....
