Mig21 is excellent plane but Indian are not capable enough to fly. After all Pakistani pilot flew Mig21 in Arab Israel war and show excellent performance against Israeli French Mirage and US Phantom, F5s planes. We still have Chinese F7 based on Mig21, they been modernized by PAF and still performing well and slowly phasing out with excellent flying record.
