IMO he is probably hinting at Modi you know he was not an elected member with no governance experience when he was chosen to head BJP Government in Gujarat

@Bhai Zakir
question is wrong.
to be a PM/ CM
elected (Loksabha)/ nominated (Rajya sabha) you have to be member of either house
or
You have to be member within ( 6 month ) of either house if you are not member of any house from time of appointment .
Exa. may be rajiv gandhi if i am right ..
please correct if am wrong

How its wrong?? a party can choose anyone any tom dick or harry even a illiterate or a ordinary man walking on the street.

Just he should be of required age + he should not be metal or bankrupt. After becoming PM/CM he should contest election within 6 months otherwise he looses his post.

Hence, my question is well meaningful just answer it and participate in the poll.

thanks

Yeh i overlooked your post sorry.

Though am NOT Indian but as a general observer political supporters are always in two categories of any party

A. Those who has direct hopes/share in power sharing

B. common voters/common man in street.

The first one indeed has jealousies/feeling of being left out if it doesnt find a person of its liking or rather their own man even within the party. So if the nomination is NOT from their list of blue-eyed or buddy list well they will make noise even if the person has experience.

Whereas the second group does pins hope on the organisation aka party instead of the nominee.

Technically and ideally for a stable rule the party decision is usually accepted
