There are major differences..

In my country, the case is being highlighted, Pakistanis are condemning.. and are asking government to make laws to stop this brutality.. no internet/ media black out.. no curfew to curb the demands of the relatives of the dead individual.. In fact they are protesting.. and policemen will likely be arrested.

In Indian Occupied Kashmir, when your terrorist army kills poor Kashmiris, rape women, abduct children, 90% of Indians rejoice and take side of the terrorist army.. People can't protest against killings and rapes.. those who do, they are shot with bullet guns.. and most of the times, world doesn't know what's going on.. because you have put the whole one state under strict curfew..

Don't compare a crime committed by police reported freely by the media and which will likely be dealt with, with atrocities committed by a terrorist army under a blackout!
