Honestly don't know under what logic people are complaining that the police shouldnt have used force. These scum have pretty much blocked the capital (20 days and counting) and now the motorway. This is borderline terrorism. They've been given their fair share of warnings. A mistake was made and its been corrected. The state won't fall to the demands of halwakhors. Do you disperse insects with a boot or through love ?

People are not complaining against using force, people are complaining by the failure of the government to handle the situation and hiding behind the Court order.

They changed the line which has some legal implications. Originally it was an affidavit, but after revision it was turned into a declaration. Definitely some shady shit was going on.

I see. Are you aware that if a person lies during an oathtaking then he will be punished. For example during an oath taking if he simply in plain words state that he is a Muslim and then other day says non Muslim then he will either be held under lying during oathtaking or will be considered an apostate.

Every word during any oathtaking is basically a halaf or oath.

A law passed by parliament was not going to have legal implications.

So we have establish two things.

A. Was word changing doing any damage to khatam e naboowat. It was not. It was a sensitive topic but legally speaking it was not. Not in anyway.

B. And the fact that the law was being changed or tabled or was to be changed, which have been thrown as facts were rumors and conjecture as " something fishy is going on".

N-League made blunder, got the blow back and reverted back. Blood thirsty mullah just want to lynch couple of people on name of Prophet, otherwise they should have gone back once the changes were reverted. And you are not the kid to know that what will be the fate of person(s) who knowingly/unknowingly made initial changes, if their identity is made public as per their demands.

The state has already bowed to the demand and amended the bill, this protest was only to know who is the culprit so he can be punished according to the law.

So what if one word was a altered. Even if someone lies about being Muslim its his/her personal act and its between him and Allah and Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). And if any one is openly non muslim or Ahmadi why will they chose this document. They will select the one for non muslim and who is secretly non Muslim "I believe" or "I solemnly swear" will not make any difference to them.

Army has indirectly refused to jump in...An image of dysfunctional state with capital being hostage is what presented in the world..Though PML-N has exacerbated the situation as usual quite contrary the refusal of Army implying that it is "Pick and Choose" for them too...Law minister should've been fired but alas Khdam rizvi now using this to power show off..
