Secular means equality by law to every countryman regardless of their faith/caste etc in my theory. This ban is on all community including Hindus.

Ban on Cow slaughter was specifically targeted towards Muslims.Everyone knows that you guys drink cow piss and worship it like a mother.So Don't bullshit that it was secular law for the people of secular country. This banning was done by the hindus and india is a hindu republic not a secular one

This ban is to taunt a particular religion due to it politically tilted towards congress and to keep happy it's own vote banks ,i will agree to that.

However it's not the bullshit/Hatred your spew but a political move and rest is your hatred and fantasies. Secular means "not connected with religious or spiritual matters". If cow is ban in some states it means it's a ban for all religion not only Muslims.
