It is the institutional issue here. Not a racial issue. The institution is primarily the fault, and its direction is towards minorities so we see more of these types of problems within those communities. And yes within this institutional structure you also have White supremists who are able to perpetuate their hatred for minorities and get away because the institution has given all a free pass with no accountability for far too long.

I am sitting in California and thinking what the hell is going on. US can send a man on the moon but can't fix the daily traffic jams and slaughter on the streets. Half Moon bay is like 40 mins and LA about 4 hours from me and San Francisco about 50 Mins. Seems to be a war between the Police, the criminals and the collateral damage are the people.
