POF should be self sufficient in rifles & small arms manufacturing. Stop beating a dead horse topic

POF and HIT needs to be privatized immediately. And also, they need joint collaborations with Turkish companies like Kale and Kalip, Canik, Sarlismaz and others.

I did some digging regarding FedArm, and it's depressing if I told you.

It doesn't work this way.
Look what armies around the world have done, specially the UK and USA.
They are very clear in what they want, and they have very strict procurement rules
and supplier management processes.

They clearly shoot out what they want, and then let everyone compete for that business.

In our case, the requirements specification, and RFP document are engineered to
favor begum sahiba, or chotay sahab's business.
