nah .. Barrtta is pretty much accurate and similar to Scar in Performance ...

Only issue with barretta is it's weight when empty is 10 lbs and Scar one is 8 lbs
Nope and nope. FN Scar is one of the most reliable, light weight, low recoil and accurate rifle ever made, giving quarter inch groups at 100 meters in its standard configuration. The only similarities that the share in their internal mechanics are is that both of them have a piston gas operated system and that's it, You can not count external similarities such as rails, ambidextrous functions, adjustable stocks, etc as similarities as they are now standard on almost all new rifles.

No firearm is ever accurate, accuracy is an outcome of shooter's skill + ammo quality (read consistency). Firearms are either "consistent" or inconsistent in guiding the projectile in a straight line and that consistency is an outcome of quality and consistency in barrel weight, free floating, gyrations, rifling and crown among a few other variables.

if Pakistan plays its cards right, Italy can offer a lot of goodies for our military.

Usman Bhatti who is signing the MOU with the Italian company is Director of 'Exports' at POF. So this could also mean that POF will be providing some locally made components at POF to the Italian company for its various global projects and sales.

It's still lighter than current G3A3 or A5 we have .......
Two pound difference is not such a big deal .....
It is a big deal when you are carrying such a weight and other equipment on your shoulders and going on a mission. Try walking a few miles with both weights in turn and you will certainly appreciate the difference.
