PMLN,PTI Sign Agreement To Form JC!

ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday night announced the signing of agreement between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for the formation of a judicial commission to probe the alleged rigging in 2013 general elections.

“Finally the document has been signed…” said Dar while addressing a press conference along with PTI leader Shah Mehmod Qureshi.

He thanked all members of the political jirga and party leaders for their support, adding that no changes will be made to the agreement.

Qureshi on the occasion said the political leadership of this country had resolved to ensure free and fair elections in the future.

He added that the commission would investigate the 2013 polls, and that the electoral process would be strengthened, which will reinforce the trust of the masses.

After months of tussle, both the parties on March 20 had agreed on the terms of reference for forming a judicial commission to investigate allegations of rigging during the May 2013 polls.

Finally documents signed....... And in remain three years judicial commission bring out the results my advice to bonga leader that he still have time to put all his energy on Electoral Reforms instead of digging useless spots for another three year.

Judicial commission was offered by NS on 12 August 2014 and JC will only dig out that whether Elections were rigged overall or not. there is no assignment regarding changing the system. Changing the System required hard legislation and for this IK has to go to Parliament. Simple.

If I have only only two choice to pick I chose Nawaz instead of IK. One is professional butcher and other one is not.
