What's new

PMLN, PTI and other parties sub forum

What are you on about? We regularly get warnings as well, I did too. Why should you be treated special? Haven't you lot got enough of special treatment by establishment, courts and every other institution? Courts open for you at 12 AM while PTI struggles to even get their application submitted, forget about a decision on a reference filed by the President of Pakistan.
The mockery which is being made of the entire judicial system to support your party isn't enough?

PMLN bot teams are creating fake accounts to spread propaganda. Everyone can see that. You are not here to debate but just to spread the propaganda of one party.
Stop whining!
ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah on Monday sought a response from PTI Chairman and former premier Imran Khan whether he “reposes trust in the court to proceed with the petitions in hand” till May 12 (Thursday).
The orders came as CJ Minallah was supposed to hear the petition filed by former information minister Fawad Chaudhry challenging the registration of blasphemy cases against the PTI leadership.
However, the IHC CJ refused to conduct the hearing, saying that Advocate Faisal Chaudhry must first ask the party leadership whether they trusted the court.
“The narrative that the Supreme Court and the high courts are compromised is still being spread," CJ Minallah observed.
"This court can work for 24 hours a day," he said, asking if the petitioner had any objection with the court that the court may look into.
Justice Minallah criticised the rhetoric of the ousted government, reminding that it was the same court that provided relief to the PTI at 11pm during the 2014 sit-in.

“This court in the case titled ‘The State vs Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan’ has highlighted the legal provisions and duty of a court to allow access to any aggrieved person to file a petition of an urgent nature at any time. It was pursuant to this duty that a constitutional petition was allowed late at night and several workers of the PTI arrested in FIR No 330, dated 12-09-2014, were ordered to be released.
“It is only in exceptional circumstances that petitions are entertained and appropriate orders are passed even after the notified timings of the court. Nonetheless, neither the august Supreme Court nor this court had held any proceedings nor orders were passed in the evening of April 9, 2022.”
The court said that notwithstanding that no proceedings had caused any prejudice to the petitioners or the leadership of PTI, it was of utmost importance that they “have trust and confidence in the independence and impartiality of the court”.

“If you have the slightest doubt that the high court and the Supreme Court were compromised, let me know,” the high court justice reiterated.
The chief justice also questioned the "irresponsible reporting", saying that “some analysts created an atmosphere that a martial law was imminent.”
He further censured the PTI for flaming doubts on the country's institutions when Imran questioned courts opening at night
On the IHC CJ's remarks, PTI counsel Faisal Chaudhry said that he would again ask the petitioner if they wanted to withdraw the petition from the IHC.
CJ Minallah said the PTI did not have confidence in the courts and had been telling the public that the courts had been compromised.
In efforts to prompt a response, the CJ stated, “Imran Khan is constantly questioning the court, do Imran Khan and PTI not trust the court?”
Advocate Faisal stated that he had confidence in the high court and urged the judge to hear the case.
CJ Minallah expressed his disappointment with the party’s comments, stating, “it is unfortunate that a political leader stands in a meeting and tells workers that the courts have been compromised.”
The IHC CJ stated that the court respected the leaders of all the democratic parties. However, the PTI had accused him of owning an apartment in Manchester, adding that Honorable Justice Mansoor Ali Shah was also not spared.

The IHC directed counsel Faisal to take instructions and inform the court whether PTI chairman Imran had confidence in them, otherwise the case would be sent to a different bench.
The IHC also extended the protective bail of PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry and Shahbaz Gilll till May 12.
Furthermore, the court issued notices to the parties, including the interior ministry and the Islamabad IG to submit their replies by May 12.

Pakistan ranks 130 out of 139 countries on rule of Law. Nuff said!
If you have read the observation of CJP Islamabad High Court....if PTI don't trust superior judiciary...than they need not file petitions there. Simple is that.

I won't comment on the rest of the post, will leave that for the more active and senior moderators here, but for the above quoted part, I myself have deleted multiple posts where the word patwari was used, and even pro-PTI people were warned.

Just laying it out there.

This is interesting. If majority of the members of this forum and also siasatpk and other forums are pro-PTI, then doesn't it mean the majority of the public and general users are PTI followers? Doesn't it speak about the popularity of PTI?

To jab zyada awam PTI supporter hai, to phir is main masla kia hai?
Using patwari and youthiya is not allowed? @Norwegian check his posts then.

Bro siasatpk forum is basically dead.

If you are banning PMLN users how can you say PTI is popular? its just 10-15 users here but lets suppose even 500-1000 PTI supporters are here. That's very less for a country like Pakistan with population of 220 Million.

Reddit Pakistan is also controlled by some PTI workers/supporters. They are harsh than you guys, that is one reason also they dont grow much. Even /r/dubai got more subs than /r/Pakistan.

Pakistan slides 16 spots on corruption perceptions index, now ranks 140 out of 180 countries: report

"Under the PTI government, the ranking of Pakistan has gradually slid. In 2019, it was 120 out of 180 countries, in 2020, it was 124 and in 2021 it worsened further to 140. In 2018, during the PML-N government, the ranking was 117 out of 180 countries."
PTI had no majority to pass new laws or amend any existing ones to have any influence on the matters of the Judiciary. This is all on them.

I am not a PTI spokesperson nor do i represent them. Take it up with them.
My opinion on the matter is already there.

Who is banning PML supporters? Are you banned? Is Chak Bamu banned? Is Signalian banned? There's so many other members.

If you are going to abuse someone, then of course you are going to get a warning. If you are going to make fake ID's using the same IP, of course you are going to get banned.

The recent influx of profiles racking up 50 posts a day using an American IP address, they all are fake ID's. Unhain ab ban na karain?

Will do.

Foxtrot Alpha is banning as far as I know. The Accountant is giving -ive ratings to Chak Banu I think, it was Chak Banu or someone else but someone with 17 +ive rating, dont remember correctly. I am sure just because he supports PMLN supporter The Accountant gave that rating. There is clearly bias from some mods and think tank. They take decision on only one thing that user is supporting PMLN and not on post content. I have seen worse posts going unnoticed by same mods if the user is supporting PTI.

Anyway its up to owners/admins/mods of this forum. If they like that way. Its ok.

I am basically fed up of this name calling games based on getting impressed or following political ideologies. PDF is a treasure trove for many still, we have some great defence / social analysts here who have shared their passion through their content. Once we Pakistanis here acted as an single entity with all their differences and argumetns, and members from across border used to be on the receiving end. It's the opposite now....that's what i feel. We are at the receiving end of our own countrymen, targetting, insulting, personal attacks, absurd remarks...things will not improve like this. It's getting no where. I am literally in shock for what i have witnessed here on PDF for the last few years. Aaap sub disagree kar len...But things have deteriorated on huge scale here.

Giving a negative rating means a person disagrees with the opinion of the other person. Is main itnay maslay ki kia baat hai? You can't disagree with someone?

As for the people Foxtrot banned, he will respond to that himself, but if I recall, majority of the accounts were fake and spam accounts.

If there is anyone who brings bad name to Imran Khan its his supporters.

I don't think creation of more echo chambers would be helpful. it's always nice and sobering to see dissenting voices in political threads overtaken by one side. that is necessary for healthy discussion.
