PM reaches across divide for advice on economy

What's issue with getting advise/help to address challenges faced by country? Looks like for some people their political Lords and parties are more important than country.

We desperately need a new system of governance in Pakistan where the people directly elect a president and then he/she has the full authority to pick the best and brightest to man the ministries. This way you won't have a paindu dehati Fawad Chaudhary as Science minister. NAB and FBR should be strong enough to keep an eye on the ministers to prevent financial corruption.

If the team's performance is not good enough then people will vote out the president.

That will never gonna happen, not judiciary nor media or minister want this system. Even politicians.
