PM Narendra Modi slams Pakistan for waging 'proxy war' against India

.
Thousands more Indians are killed on India's roads than by Pakistani backed terrorism.

If he was serious about preventing further bloodshed, he would concentrate on road safety.
What a stupid argument. Same could be applied to terrorism in Pakistan and traffic accidents in Pakistan. Then by your logic, the Pakistani soldiers fighting Zarb-e-azb should have been deputed to Traffic police and made to stand on traffic signals, directing traffic and enforcing road rules :D

. .
"The Prime Minister said the Indian armed forces were suffering more casualties from terrorism than from war."
Is India at war? With whom? How can the PM expect to have casualties from war if his country IS NOT AT WAR WITH ANYONE!
They are, on the other hand, fighting terrorists, same as Pakistan. Pak has lost many people to terrorism, not just India.

"Pakistan has lost the will to fight a conventional war" you say? So does that mean that India is willing to fight a war? If Pakistan doesn't want a war, isn't that a good thing? There's terrorism in Pak too, so lets blame the other side for it, right.

We Pakistanis blame our terrorism on India, while Indians blame their terrorism on Pakistan, so debating on this topic is pointless. If Modi isn't interested in improving ties with Pakistan, fine. It won't change the fact that Pakistan exists and is a nuclear power.

though road safety is imp and become ctitical issue ...

Baby Doll, that was exactly the reason, under his nose the Hindu fundamentalists ran amok.....even before he was elected as the PM, many internet Hindu warriors were convinced he would destroy Pakistan within six months of coming to power..... as for rest, suggest you read BJP's election manifesto regarding Pakistan.

Bibijaan, none of your blabbering suggests that Modi was elected as PM for the Gujrat riot.

.
Nobody can deny that Pakistan has waged a proxy war with India since the 1980's.

Starting with the failed khalistani conflict.
Proceeding to Kashmir where Army brought militants to their knees.
Then to Kargil where Pakistan witnessed our military might in form of shells raining day and night on your positions.
Oh really. I was not knowing about that :pdf: . Thank God u told us :cheesy:.

These are one sided media claims but not the facts. u ppl liv in your own world. lol

OK, what you trying to prove here.....that's him back in India....now read and try to understand what i said.
You don't don't have to repeat the same thing over and over again until everyone's eyes start to bleed.
The first pic is from the border, don't delude yourself any further.

When FIt Lt. Nachiketa was released on 4 June 1999 as a unilateral gesture of goodwill by Pakistan, on the order of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, no one, not even the Defence Attache turned up to receive their own pilot. The reason they did not want to be publicly seen receiving their prisoner pilot back. The Foreign Office had taken precautions to associate the ICRC with the wellbeing of the Indian pilot. They examined him and found him medically fit in the condition they took his custody and transported him to the border.
Oh Puhleez.
That is nothing but BIASED news from the Pakistani army site, you won't expect flowers now will you?

His experience was not at all good as you are led to believe.

Lets make this simple and burst your bubble.

1. Pakistan is at war with India. The casualties from this war is visible to everyone.

2. Pakistan's losses are your problem. India is only concerned with loss of Indian lives due to pakistan proxy war.

3. India is willing to fight a war. Only we want to minimise the cost to India and maximise the cost to pakistan.

4. The way forward is to CANCEL the INDUS WATER TREATY. That is the right response to dend this proxy war and bring pakistan to the negotiation table begging for peace.

If pakistan wants the treaty to be resurrected then it better do a good job of convincing us to honour it anymore.

1. Seriously? Do you people actually believe that? Can you provide a single shred of proof that Pakistan is behind the "terrorism" in India? (Don't start with the whole LeT mumbai attacks crap, we're talking about what's going on nowadays)

2. And Pakistan is concerned about loss of lives due to India's proxy war. Now what?

3. So India does not want peace, just to damage Pakistan. Great, India doing its best to improve the world. You do realize a war would either result in a quick ceasefire or nuclear fallout, don't you?

4.Again, you can't prove shit. So cancelling this treaty will have no basis, and I don't think the World Bank or the UN would appreciate that.

So, to conclude, India just wants to damage Pakistan, and doesn't care about peace, even though they can't prove that Pakistan is behind anything in any way. And they say that Pakistan is barbaric and against peace.

I guess it is in our benefit that Pakistanis are demeaning the very culture they want to absorb into their own.

I think you meant these clowns............

So you think India's SPG are clowns?
Personally I respect military people, they all deserve it for risking their lives for their country.

LOL. Why do I need to provide you with proof ? Do you think I am a fool like manmohan singh to send you dossiers of terrorists ?

2. And Pakistan is concerned about loss of lives due to India's proxy war. Now what?

No you are not concerned. The whole idea is to make you concerned, hence the abrogation of Indus water treaty.

3. So India does not want peace, just to damage Pakistan. Great, India doing its best to improve the world. You do realize a war would either result in a quick ceasefire or nuclear fallout, don't you?

We want peace, but at costs acceptable to us. Get it ? :cheesy:

No war. Just abrogation of a water treaty that will free India to divert the water for our own population.

4.Again, you can't prove shit. So cancelling this treaty will have no basis, and I don't think the World Bank or the UN would appreciate that.

India is a free nation, and unlike pakistan has not pledged itself to the world bank or the UN  ...The days of Nehru running to the UN is long gone. :P

So, to conclude, India just wants to damage Pakistan, and doesn't care about peace, even though they can't prove that Pakistan is behind anything in any way. And they say that Pakistan is barbaric and against peace.

No, you can conclude that we will raise the cost of this proxy war so that it becomes TO EXPENSIVE for pakistan. Kapish ?

We certainly do not need or value a "certificate of civility" from you. LOL.

So you know more about Pakistanis' concerns than Pakistanis themselves?

"Peace at costs acceptable to us" What are those costs, exactly?

Oh,so India is fully self-sufficient?

INDIA's Debt:
$ 925,608,863,010
Interest per year:
$68,453,657,500
Population:
1,269,000,000
GDP:
$1,848,000,000,000
Interest per second:
$2,171
Citizen's Share:
$729
Debt as % of GDP:
50.09%

Pakistan's Debt:
53,551,425,325
Interest per year:
$5,411,595,000
Population:
176,700,000
GDP:
$229,100,000,000
Interest per second:
$172
Citizen's Share:
$303
Debt as % of GDP:
23.37%

India is just as dependent on World Bank etc as Pakistan is.

You don't need a "Certificate of civility", but atleast don't claim to be morally superior if you are willing to break such a treaty without a valid reason.
