I was talking about geographic imperatives in another fora. It is would be of interest to all that Pakistan effectively slices of India from most of SCO. Central Asia, Russia, Iran are all in the shadow of Pakistan from perspective of New Delhi. Even to go to Bishkek, Modi had to take a detaour. I think @Mangus Ortus Novem would agree that the peoples of the historic Indus region occup a very strategic location betwixt the west, south, central amd north Asia.
