How do we know whether Imran khan was wearing these clothes for that particular reason or just part of his rotation? Similarly, I don't see why drinking tea would be considered any but just drinking tea unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ultimately, does a gesture that subtle even register with the intended target? Does anyone think the Indian PM would remember what clothes Pakistani PM was wearing when that event happened? Would he even know it in the first place to have the question of remembering be meaningful?

The drinking tea bit seems even more frivolous tbh. It's just too common a thing to matter, if indeed it were intended to.

I also hope that we understand that 'trolling' -for the sake of trolling- on the international stage seems even more pointless than it does on an individual level.
