PM Kakar says Afghan Taliban "illegitimate," ; Pakistan may directly target TTP & its 'supporters' on Afghan soil - SAI

.
Kakar is a chootiya. He is speaking what the Corp Commanders have fed him.

Firstly, Afghan repatriation project could have handled in a much better way. This ‘kinetic’ operation reeks of mediocrity. A simple combing of urban areas and repatriating the illegal ones and at the same time managing the border properly could have alleviated this issue.

The TTP undeniably are a headache for Pakistan and their cousins Taliban are doing very little about it. But what’s stopping Pakistan’s security forces from conducting IBOs and in some cases conducting deep strikes of targets inside Afghanistan. The Taliban would be looking the other way.

Instead you (duffers) go full retard and in the process make enemies out of Taliban.

I am no fan of Taliban scumbags, but at this point in time, going full retard on Afghanistan is a grave mistake. You are limiting your options.

But what can be expected of the duffers when they completely surrendered themselves to the US when there were some movements towards an independent foreign policy.

.
Then you are basically saying that your own military (GHQ & ISPR) was lying all the time for 20 years non-stop by saying there is nexus of NDS and RAW, indian consulates funding and training terror activities against Pakistan ?

The Kamra and Mehran base kind of attacks were where TTP only targetted assets that were procured against india. TTP had no submarines or airforce. They sent their fighters on one-way mission for indian objectives. Who really was working for Indian B-team?

You are right Pakistan had no vision. That's why we allowed US to bomb our own territory and kill our own people. We gave all the fuel for this terrorism. This wasn't our war. Nobody had attacked Pakistan on 9/11. Taliban of 90's was the dream come true for Pakistan. It was the most peaceful government for Pakistan. We had zero terrorism and zero security issues. We jumped into someone's else war. We became frontline state, we let americans kill and take our people away. What do you think would have happened ?

BTW, if you think that we should have gone all in and with americans finish the Taliban then you are wrong, Even american Generals lately aknowledged that Taliban has complete local support. You cannot remove them unless you wipe out entire villages which is not the right thing to do. and for whom you wanted to get rid of Taliban??? For Northern alliance govt for people like Amrullah Saleh ??? Have you ever heard them speaking against Pakistan. Unlike Taliban, that Kabul govt was totally against Pakistan's existance as nation state. Taliban was founded was pro-Paksitan group. Its founder had said on record that attack on Pakistan will be an attack on Afghanistan.
I am not pointing out anything new.

Taliban and Al-Qaeda have taken undue advantage of Pakistani hospitality and have done things that cannot be forgiven or forgotten but many here are too sold to Indian chattah.

How hard was it for India to take advantage of tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan? Not hard in fact.

Indian RAW is over-hyped, over-suspected, and over-credited in these discourses.

Thanks for laying down the facts. We also thought so.

It is just that so many members keep crediting them with so many things happening in Paksiatn. They are not even half as good.

.
You are very conveniently changing the narrative.

Anyways,
So what now? Once you have dealt with the Afghans (God knows how) you'll achieve the strategic depth? What is the end-goal?
What??
The narrative has always been no outsiders or Indians in your backyard

Be it soviets or USA ..

Pakistan was pushed into position it had no reasonable choice

No strategic dept
Just we don't anyone else having strategic dept in our back yard

Talibans don't control all afgahnistan it will take time to get things in order but atleast the process can begin

.
All afghans had to do was respect Pakistani borders and state

Then for a endless amount of time we would have had a open border and free movement of people, essentially two states becoming one

This hasn't occurred because of the AFGHANS

Their constant fassad and deshatgardi and namak harami and backwards thinking, created chaos that eventually meant we had to create a border, that's fences and patrolled

Now free movement is finishing and all visitors.have to have a visa and passport

ALL BECAUSE OF AFGHAN FASSAD AND BEHAVIOR

Soviet Union is defeated
USA tucked tail and ran
NATO ran they all spent over a trillion and built up a considerable Afghan Republic military which was taken apart
India ran, they had invested and planned for 20 years and they were forced to tuck tail and run

The Afghans are free now

Now afghanis desperately need Pakistan
They need the ports access
They need the market for imports and exports

THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUES, except how to bring peace and trade

So what's the problem????

The problem isnt Pakistan who has tried multiple times and even reached agreements with the Taliban government

The problem is the AFGHANS
it's their
Behavior
Backwardness
Fassad
Violence
Stupidity

Afghanis don't act like intelligent human beings, they act rabid and when someone is rabid then you have to take actions to protect yourself

Regardless of this,, the situation will calm down and be resolved and we can then concentrate on India and the Hindus

The reason is the Afghans are stuck and need Pakistani compliance over too many issues to endlessly create fassad and conflict

Going forward their will always need to be stronge security presence,, think of black community in the U.S you can never really afford to allow them to have no go zones

But getting rid of undocumented afghans and bringing in a proper passport and visa regime is a good start

US have settled its matters in Afghanistan with defeat of Al-Qaeda Network and Doha Accords.

Regional mess in its current form does not affect US but Pakistan. Trump administration offered to settle Pakistani concerns with Intra-Afghan Dialogue but it did not get another term. Biden administration was happy to let Pakistan face the music of unresolved Taliban issues.

You do not seem to understand. Afghans are too proud to play second fiddle to Pakistan. Afghans will work with other countries to build economy and reduce dependence on Pakistan if necessary.

This mess is not going anywhere and this is exactly what US wants to show to rub it on our faces. But WE have farsighted naive thinkers like you of-course.

U.S tucked tail and RAN

The U.S didn't spend a trillion plus to run for the hills leaving billions in weapons
The U.S has set up military bases anywhere it has gone in the world and you don't think the U.S didn't want bases in Afghanistan to keep.an eye on Iran, Pakistan, Central Asia, China etc

Of course it did, but the U.S presence became a problem a d Afghan Republic hostility and Indian plotting and planning was simply too much to ignore

Pakistan for years tried to speak out to the U.S, raised concerned about India and afghanis but our concerns were ignored and in the end Pakistan had to act

No one is asking the afghanis to play second fiddle, just stop the fassad, deshatgardi and constant issues

Our aim should be to discuss trade, connectivity, how to make more people to people relations etc
Instead Afghans never learn and we now have to protect Pakistan against the free hand we gave the afghanis

If Pakistan wants open trade and open borders then it's up to afghanis to ensure Pakistani security is protected

US offered to settle Pakistani problems with the Intra-Afghan Dialogue. Pakistan was too late to understand and take this opportunity.

US shutting down its setup in Afghanistan does not change much in its calculus. US can influence both Pakistan and Afghanistan from a distance. US does not need bases in Afghanistan to check Iran and China either. Not sure what you are thinking.

Pay attention to links in my previous post. You will see same lines working.

Pakistan could have excellent resolution to this conflict with Intra-Afghan Dialogue. Pakistan could make new friends in Afghanistan with reduced Taliban power, but WE have shortage of farsighted thinkers.

.
Narrative building for the educated upper middle class has started, now the same needs to be done for the awaam by calling TTP Khwarji in Urdu and Pashto

Harmkhor calling Taliban illegitimate. I hope Taliban call the illegitimate bastard out.

U.S didn't offer shit,, be serious man

For over a decade we went through the worst terrorism, we repeatedly told the U.S of our concerns about the Afghan Republic and India

Some random bullshit from the one term trump administration wasn't t enough after a decade of ignoring our worries

American deal with Taliban contain a clause for addressing Pakistani concerns as well.

Whose failed to understand importance of this offer in Pakistan?

He was anti Iran especially since the Iranian revolution was knew and seen Iranians as tryna spread their revolution in the region. He was pro Baloch who were fighting Iran.
He also famously made this threat to Iran in an interview to BBC in 1997:
"The Iranians better behave themselves or by God I shall chase them to Isfahan.”
Mullah Omar was a good and very religious person. He started his movement when he saw the level of deprivation around him in society - especially with how common bacha baazi had gotten and the free hand of warlords. He had a very respectable character.

He was probably the furtherest thing away from nationalism and close to Islam that we will ever get from Afghanistan.

What you just described is what's happening though basically.

The issue is these duffers don't have long-term strategy with clear-cut goals.

They make decisions sporadically short-term, and are reactionary. You can't keep sacrificing your soldiers with no end goal and no strategy, otherwise we'll be stuck in a stalemate.

Long-term systematic strategy with a clear end goal means even if we suffer high casualties, but we'll still be secure by the end of the kinetic actions. Not just sending soldiers constantly in the dark to the same fate.
