The briefing was 8 hours long for GOD sake 8 hours that was some serious briefing Man

Newly elected Government is starting afresh & governing for the first time. Also, institutes needs to inform about every matter related to Pakistan which we cannot count even here. Just imagine about current threats, growing tension with India, a fireball in Afghanistan, turbulent relations with US, accountability, foreign policy, regional coordination & relations with power players, national security as well as building relations with Russia based upon regional challenges & security threats, internal threats, upcoming challenges and our requirements; could only be few.

One of the most important visit by newly elected PM Imran Khan especially before expected meetings with foreign dignitaries. The briefing holds a lot more importance than merely speaking for Army funds or purchases. Many subjects have been discussed including Karachi, Khushhal Balochistan and fight against terrorism. Surely, matters of national interests along with our foreign policy in view of current situation, is being discussed hence, this meeting as needed will play a major role for Pakistan.

If you don't know all the facts you can't fix the blame.
Furthermore, those arms of military can also arrange such meetings and I'm sure PM Imran Khan will also be happy to spend quality time with them and get a briefing about their role, concerns and requirements. We are moving towards stronger unity and this is really encouraging.
