It is clearly written in the constitution that the prime minister can dissolve the assembly but When he does, it will be unconstitutional.

وَعَسَىٰ أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَن تُحِبُّوا
شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

You hate a thing which is better for you; and it may happen that you will love a thing which is worse for you; God knows, and you know not.

India insisted on the opposition having power because they knew in the long term they will destroy Pakistan. Why are you letting the US and India decide who your leader is? Where are your balls?

If this goes ahead you are going to an onslaught from India on social media

Atleast with Khan we had pride, some grit.

These opposition party fans online are paid bots or the ones who are getting kickbacks.

Even Imran Khan did not blame India. On some Indian TV today, I heard Indian commentators say that luckily no one in Pakistan is blaming India this time. But you are saying that India is behind this

Reminds me of story of Treat of Hudaybiya. At time it seemed like a great defeat, humiliation even by companions of Prophet (SAW), so much so that when Prophet (SAW) asked companions to leave they did not. That was the level of devastation and humiliation. However Allah is the best of planners and this treaty was single greatest victory.

Let's be patient. Allah is with us. Everything that happens with His will. Everything happens for best. Maybe this disappointment today will lead to great victory in the future inshallah

So the same Supreme Court, which this forum is cursing, is very likely to disqualify the dissenting PTI MNAs for voting against PTI using the Floor Crossing rules.

What's the point now, they should have made the ruling before the NCM, but they deliberately delayed the ruling on floor crossing so the PDM can further weaken Gov't postion.

When PTI went to MQM to tell them to not be part of this conspiracy and they will give them whatever PPP was offering, Imran Ismael even offered to relinquish his governorship to MQM nominee. However, MQM told them that Zardari took them to see PTI's turncoat in person and so MQM told PTI that your gov't will fall either way it would be beneficial for us to get something out of PDM now.

So, SC is in on the conspiracy.

Ofcourse India is consulted. That's why all those diplomats are regularly in India. They lean on India for advice on the region. Modi has a particular hatred for Khan because he makes him feel insecure in every way and he made his life very difficult.

Modi likes this one because he is short and fat and corrupt.

Also I don't know if anyone has read Naimatullah Shah Wali, but I remember something about good leadership coming just as everything feels like it will be lost. Maybe we are in this situation now who knows?

Very sad day for Pakistan. The corruption won today and the court didn't even talk about it. What was more important was how technically constitution rules were not followed.

All these old corrupts who will be PM and President now, why are their cases not resolved in three days like we had today?

Jeez people take it easy. For all those painting doom and gloom scenario of IK being killed in prison LoL take a chill pill. They couldn’t do it even with almost 2/3rd majority with NS himself in power, where as this will be a very weak coalition government dependent on two to three parties that are ideologically poles apart. PTI can be a the only cohesive opposition party going into next elections.

They will fix the elections. This is why the opposition are so desperate to get power even for a few months. It gives them enough time to lay the foundation.
