Its a victory only if the Court agrees that Opposition has been involved in counter state activities. Otherwise, it is opposition's victory.

No. Would be neutral but the best for Pakistan is Elections. I am inclined to believe @Acetic Acid the deal is in place to conduct the elections in 90 days which would also suggest the establishment was with the government.

Unconstitutional behaviour would be a more harsh wording, intent with respect to dissolution, and a decision on whether to restore the NA or proceed to elections - this will determine whether PTI wins or loses, too early to say at the moment.

court can ask for a commission formation to verify those charges, it will take months to reach for any findings...for now court cannot declare opposition as traitors even if they are....PTI did all this, for early elections! Learn to read between the lines. Elections now is PTI victory. Period!
