Constitution has specifically "Nullified" the powers of Supreme Court to enforce a reverse
of any Assembly proceedings

Yes the Supreme can take su moto , but any decision they take will have no bearing on Assembly proceedings which have already finished


Based on this the Active Care Taker Prime Minister of Pakistan can continue to operate

Business as usual and even impose a state of Emergency for 90 days till Elections


Prime Minister Imran Khan should have meeting with General Bajwa to assess the present situation and impose state wide emergency


Friday , have discussion and impost National State Emergency, matial law

• We can all read article 69
• I am sure Military can also read article 69 in constitution
• If there is agreement between "Present Prime Minister Imran Khan and Military" , state Emergency 90 days and elections

The Military does have a obligation to enforce protection of constitution

• The call by Supreme court for Circus show was uncalled for

"Court" and "supreme court" are referred to with different wording in the constitution. So I am not sure whether this applies to SC or not. However here "court" could mean every court. But I'm not a lawyer.
