Emergency or Governor rule etc can straightforwardly be overthrown by the court if it finds it to be unnecessary overreaction or malified intentions. But ruling of the Speaker and subsequent desolation of the Assembly is entirely another can of worms.

That's an 'if', and there's solid reasons here of overthrowing emergecny once meddling is proven already. Nevertheless, the purpose is not to defend actions and reactions by what SC can do but to initiate treason against PDM with something of this sensitivity at next level. Once the NSC findings were dragged into public, things would have been different.

This country reacted the same way on Volume 10 of JIT which was never made public. Still isn't. Dragged panama case for several years to grant NS favours.

These judges are some of the most useless and corrupt thugs ever existed in the world.

Shahbaz and his son on bails would be PM and CM. In the past thanks to LHC Shahbaz ruled for years on stay order. Maryam out of the jail on bail despite neing convicted and serving a jail sentence.
A killer was brought back, given bail to vote in the NA.
Another convicted criminal was given bail and permission to leave the country on Rs50 stamp paper.

Years now billions of rupees fake bank accounts were found on the names of the servants of Zardari, no action, he is running Sind Government, without any fears and consequences.
There are undeniable proofs that Bilwal's takeaways and travel bills were paid from same fake bank accounts, but not even a single question from him by journalists or any legal actions against him.

Where would they find a country like Pakistan and judiciary like Pakistan where all their crimes are tolerated and forgiven.

Since our PM is a cricket legend so I will give an example from that game.
Just like in any match, you win some and you lose some. But sometimes you lose not because the other team played better rather, your own team performed poorly or even the Umpires made some bad decisions.
Yesterday in that NCV circus, there was a murderer and a convicted traitor, who were brought into the Parliament to vote against IK. This truly represents a country turned into a Banana Republic by the corrupt and the hand in glove Judiciary.
The other day the courts were quick to issue an order in the middle of the night, to stop that letter from being made public and yesterday they were functioning on a Sunday. Lol.
While the game is being played, both the judiciary and these gutter media houses need some bouncers on their heads to shake their scheming minds and to highlight their corrupt practices. Someone needs to make sure that this time the likes of Scumbags Hamid Mir are not left to be bandaged on top of his shirt.

I think its not about who gets voters' sympathy.
Its about a regime change conspiracy by US. So all US collaborators would try their best to make it happen, either actively or passively.
