Well, Asad Umar couldnt have done anything without the approval of Khan. It seems he is being made the scape goat after the negative reaction of the Public to the recent devaluation and IMF news.

. .
Is there any other source of this news or just geo trying to create more disinformation?

.
Someone kindly tell Imran Khan that it's hardly been 50 days, he needs to give some more time to Asad Umar.

Even at this age Life throws me surprises. Next Time i See you in any Ummah related topic. I am trolling you

I've just pressed the ignore button on you. I should have already done but i find your content amusing sometimes. Unfortunately you have never engaged with me in a positive manner, I've tried to look through your riddles and one-liners and every time you ignore it, or you say you don't have the time to engage.

Well done Imran Khan. There comes the cat out of the bag, finally.

Asad Umar is the name that keeps coming up again and again. His preference for an IMF deal is no secret anymore.

take a good look at past -

you may figure out when and how the
agents
moles
spies
were hired/ acquired/ trained /placed

and the rest of the mess ............

Asad Umar has zero planning skills and his thinking is not at the same level as Imran Khan. No wonder Imran Khan is dissatisfied, disappointed and worried about him. Incompetency always screw up a person.
I think we should bring Atif Mian, he is only top 20 economist, very hard working man day and night. Make him finance minister.

The requirements are likely to shine a spotlight on the extent, composition and terms of Pakistan’s debts to China for infrastructure projects as part of Beijing’s massive Belt and Road building programme. China has pledged some $60 billion in financing to Pakistan for ports, railways and roads, but rising debt levels have caused Islamabad to cut the size of the biggest Belt and Road project by some $2 billion.

This is something even I want to know about - to assess whether we are getting a good deal or not.

Folks hating on Asad Umar is unfair. I'm no PTI fan, but seriously, there are structural economic flaws in place that can't be done away with by just shouting, praying and arguing.

Let me put it this way:

Our economy is like a 20-something without a real job (i.e. lacking strong manufacturing industries that can make high-value exports). So we make money via part-time work at McDonalds, which is minimum wage (i.e. our lower-value agriculture, textile, etc labour) and some freelancing (remittances). You're earning $900 a month.

On the other hand, you have a lease to pay on your car, water and electricity at home, taxes, debt on old credit card bills, a phone bill and rent, so your outlay is about $1,200 a month. There's a deficit of $300.

To plug that $300 deficit, a lot of which comes from necessities (not the iPhone you keep looking at online), you run to your parents, brothers or friends for cash. Some of that cash ends up as new debt, and now your closest links are unable to provide you with loans, so you need a miser.

Enter: IMF. But the cycle continues.

I feel as though we're all expecting some revolutionary, brave policies -- e.g. refusing to pay any debt -- but are unable to accept that doing so will result in us burning all current bridges and relationships. It takes a backbone, yes, but a level of planning and execution to repair it -- which we lack.

If you want IK, Asad Umar, etc to basically burn the bridges, then please ask for it directly and accept all of the consequences as your own. Otherwise, if you want them to work magic within the confines of what's given, then deal with the fact that there isn't much magic. @Oscar

People, don't talk sense to the mob. They're busy having a fit about "news" quoting an "unnamed source" from a pro-PMLN source, who is owned by a man the PM is trying to send to jail.

Are Pakistani's sooooooooooooooooooooo gullible. Do you think Asad Umer had not discussed the IMF option for a long time with IK and other minsters. No approach to the IMF could have been made without IK's considered and firm approval. Umar did not pull the IMF option from his backside on his own and decided to approach the IMF on own without IK approving the approach.
He is the PM
He just wants someone else blamed as he is having to eat crow as everyone is quoting what he was lies was weaving to get himself "elected"
