quite logical argument, but i wonder if French didn't knew the etiquette of diplomacy !!!

I doubt they are not aware of diplomatic protocols. But when you have the Zardaris and shareefs of this world at helm for as long as they did, it will take time for world to come at terms with this new Pakistan.

France IS a banana republic at this point in time. Well, sort of. Been to Paris lately? It's marred by violence, trash and a sea of undocumented aliens. Macron's a self-proclaimed messiah of the liberal jews, standing all by himself for the "We need more refugees" cause while the rest of the EU goes the other way. If anything Imran Khan showed him is actual worth which isn't much because his political career is practically a joke.

Core paris is as good as any third world city today. It's known to be the dirtiest and the most violent city in the EU for a reason.

As for his highness "Manu" aka Emanuel Macron, He's isolated on the EU front, even Merkel's seeing through the refugee-crisis and implementing serious laws against their previous policies. Same goes for the Italian Salvini whose gathered a massive following for his anti-immigrant stance. The only puppy still yelping for more ex-ISIS-male-dominant boat-loads of refugees is Manu.

IMO Imran Khan played the statesman's card by prioritizing people who actually hold a valuable opinion on the modern stage. Dig up Macron's past, it's a grain of sand compared to what IK had to go through to get to his seat. Macron on the other hand is the darling of the Elite jews of France and Khan's well versed in the art of defeating the jew at their own game. A little waiting game goes a long way as far symbolism is concerned.

If it was a thoughtful act.. than all OK otherwise i have impression of IK that he is attention hungry.

As per Shahid Masood another journalist who was in this media talk with PM Imran Khan, Frech President was not on the phone but as per procedure his staff was there to conduct formalities prior to actual call between the two dignitaries so IK asked for some time

I think PM should have taken the call as the French are not some banana republic but a major internal player with a permanent seat on the UN security council, I am sure those "over pampered" journalists could have spared a few minutes of their most precious time for the sake of national interest.

How can you say " actual worth"---that is a terrible thing to say---.

Don't argue with fan boys. Pakistan can certainly benefit from strong relationship with france . It's an international power. Especially we can do well in defense sector. This would be really embarrassing if this was arranged and time was set. I don't think earlier French presidents call like this to congratulate.

Secreteries can set timing later. I don't think timing was set with mutual understanding of seceteries . Imran khan is not even visiting any foreign country in first 3 month due to busy schedule ,
He is busy in setting right direction of policies and tons of other things to care about.

As Mastsn Said it was France President’s call not shida tali 99% pre arranged and office of PM just messed up with his schedule.
He called twice in first Place IK say him we talk latter and after 20 or 30 mins received again and SMQ and Fawad request him to take the call, any way he DISTRUPTED be attend first or second.
I heard he refused to attend the protocol procedures training coz he think he know everything already
