Frankly MBS needs a kick in his teeth. When he was being touted by Trump and behind the scenes meeting his mate the Israeli PM Netanyu he was flying high with his head in the clouds. We all saw how he treated Pakistan. However things changed abruptly. After that Kashoggi affair and Trump losing MBS suddenly came crashing down. And then when on the ground he sobered up. Changed tack on Pakistan. PMIK should by any measure kick his teeth out. But.
But the problem is MBS has something PMIK is in desperate need of. Petrodollars. At this point the chances of the looming elections being won by PTI are slim. It is possible we could have Sharifs or even grinning Zardari in 2023.
The problem is with the massive debt. The decades dug in mafias who consolidated under years of PML-N rule are making it impossible for PMIK to deliver. Most voting public have very short thinking spans but the Pakistan voters don't even think beyond the 'today'.
So the only way now is throw money at the public, particularly in those districts which are marginal where PTI could win with a small swing. The recent housing scheme is designed to do that. PMIK has been very busy of late throwing about projects. Tarin has been brought in to make this spending spree possible. He will try to buy space and time with IMF. That should free some money to throw at the public.
Now we go back to petrodollar MBS. He has loads of money. Thus PMIK has humbled himself and gone over. I suspect he will come back with some package of decent size which then will be used to sweeten the public for 2023.
Failing that say hello the one of the combo - Sharif/Zardari. This is my opinion anyway.
Ps. This package could be loan/grant or oil subsidy.
COAS should work on his fitness

He is a Patwari. Old habits die hard.Preposterous, he was personally invited. You just miss the old master and slave relationship, which the donkey king Nawaz worked so hard to craft during his reign by leveraging the sovereignty of the state to enrich himself.. the bastard chopped off Pakistans limbs and did a runner, the saur is not even worth the dirth on IK shoes, who's working tirelessly against all odds to revive Pakistan, it's just sickening how You patwari's continue gloat wishing him to fail in every avenue.. when its ultimately going to bite Pakistan..
