There are couple of clauses in constitution of Pakistan that explains the punishment for such subversive activities being done by a political party on wish & whim of external elements/forces Unfortunately, our prosecution is nowhere close to what we call a patriotic approach having no compromise on national security. Mostly, we do brush things under the carpet in the name of reconciliation & want of peace in the country. We are so afraid of political chaos & unrest. We are weak to deal with any threat that is attached to or is in form of political party. We have the habit to label everything as a political revenge and downplay it. The same political card is being played since forever.

All we need to do is, to prove such letter under both constitutional clauses before Court and if we go by the merit of law; parties/politicians involved in regime change game will banned forever as well as being charged for treason. Who will do it? Current legal setup or Courts? I am really sorry to say that when I see at the end of things given the resources, material, history & current setup of legal force; nothing sort of positive is coming out of this. In the end, these cases will be closed same as like they did it in past and Pakistanis are still paying for that.

I mean how could someone in Pakistan will tolerate and still forget it. The issue is, we have short memory syndrome. We downplay many crucial yet important development. We can sacrifice everything in this Country merely because of political differences. Haven't we seen people on this Forum alone going crazy and acting foolishly or like zombies? It is just hopeless with few.

Haven't we seen how Zardari harmed us. Memo Gate to Submarines to meetings with R&AW & MOSSAD in London..... we have the problem to forget everything. At-least very few have this issue deep rooted and it is cureless. Ironically, when we look towards Judiciary for something like a strong verdict/judgment based upon the law and Constitution; the man sitting in high seats is by that time already interested to settle his/her family and leave the country for abroad. The real cancer in the root is, these corrupts BureaucRats & TechnocRats.

If you are talking about 3 time PM Nawaz Sharif, he was given full protocol of a former PM when he left for medical reasons as cited by Government formed medical panel.
