Covid-19 is still climbing up that exponential curve. In other words you are still in the early stages and that curve is not dipping down BUT turning sharply upwards. This is in the midst of Pakistan's version of lockdown which is no lockdown as the IK never wanted it.
India too is making a bad fist of covid19 but in Pakistan worse is still on the horizon

Every country in the world has reduced fuel prices . In case you did not notice the price of barrel of oil futures went from $70 to negative $. Meaning they were PAYING YOU to pick up the free oil

Some of the points IK mentioned :
1) Lockdown for poor people living in slums, (6-10 people living in a closed space) is different than lockdown for wealthy people with big house

2) He didn't get the kind of lockdown he wanted because of 18th amendment

3) Plan to open tourism in areas where people earn money from tourism in summer month otherwise there will be more poverty in those areas, and SOP will be decided for those business

4) Areas with high infection rates will be sealed

5) Emphasizing on SOP and for people to follow

6) Addressing the health workers (doctors, nurse, etc) and the pressure they are facing along with the limitation government is facing, he will be meeting with doctors association to discuss further

7) Impact of lockdown on economy (lower tax collection, fall in exports, fall in remittance, investments slowed down)

8) Overseas Pakistani (he is worried mostly about labor workers stuck in Middle east, some Europe countries) and looking for ways to bring them back (capacity for screening and facilities of people coming from outside), now they have decided to bring more people back and whoever is tested positive will be asked to self-quarantine at home

9) They will be bringing new program to give information to people everyday on the availability of ventilators in hospital for each cities so the public will be aware
