So it was UAE and USA who mediated last time.

Except that these countries were countinuosly asking both to refrain. Well, USA was in fact quite literally supporting India on the matter.

What stopped India was Pakistan's immediate intelligence and threat to reply with 3 missiles for each fired by India. This message leaked to public same night.

Fun fact; an Australian/International think tank posted fresh satellite images in the next early morning which showed Pakistani missile launch vehicles being deployed and brought out of their storage facilities as well as Silos opened, with missiles loaded what seemed to be different types (they named those missiles that they could make out), and discussed if those are possible nuclear warheads or not and if it's possibly Pakistan bluffing. They removed their article couple hours later completely.

So, Pakistan was fully ready and loaded to respond.

You aint in the situation that you could do what you want.as a 3rd world country we have to think more wise and look around how to make things settle first. Kashmir issue is now more on peek then it was before and i beleive one day it will be solved maybe tommorow maybe after week maybe after a year but one day it will be fixed.
