Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced to lift lockdown from May 9 in phases.

While briefing over the situation of Coronavirus in the country, he said that it is very difficult for government to continue functioning during lockdown.

“Coronavirus spreads faster than any other virus. We reported first case on February 26 and imposed lockdown on March 13 but we feared that daily-wagers will suffer due to continuous lockdown. We closed educational institutions, sports activities and businesses to contain the spread of Coronavirus,” he said.

Onus is on "Common public", who cant follow simple instructions for 3 days in a row.

Every aspect of the society (retailer, transporters, public sector etc) are giving their own timelines that they will re-open after X number of days.

Govt did their best to shield and support people within their limited resources, however, people want to hug COVID-19 with both hands and give it to their love ones than nobody can help.

This is the only battle which people can win by staying home, but they cant even do this, they have nobody to blame it but themselves.
