Every time I hear this bored-old argument, I am forced to ask whether such vociferous individuals have ever thought of contributing to any political party that they seem to vying for. Since politics in Pakistan is exclusively funded individually (with little going into maintaining pathetically managed secretariats), it is a bygone conclusion that private financing of parties will lead to rich-dynastically owned political parties.

Even the "Imran Khan is the only hope", "Pervez Musharraf Zindabad" crowd seems to have no interest in contributing whatever little amount they can to the parties.

You cannot have representative political parties unless you have the public contributing to the finances of the parties (and therefore individual candidates), directly and/or indirectly.

I'll leave it upto you to search how many countries except Pakistan do not have direct and/or indirect state/public financing of political parties.

Hint : Pg 209-218 gives a table country-wise, although I've got a better map-wise in a book. You'll see that dictatorships/military junta ruled states and the worst of monarchies have no direct or indirect public financing of political parties. We're one of them.
