This is the second time you have said this, is South Korean not western? What about Greece? How about Malaysia, Cyprus, Kuwait, Mexico, Finland or Indonesia?
There is also possible future Western buyers of Russian military equipment this includes, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Something you might find useful: Russia plans to sell arms to NATO members | Russia | RIA Novosti
This is rediculous, Russia has arms buyers In South America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Russia isn't the second largest arms exporter by coincidence or because of India alone.
Does any ME,South American,African nation buys as much as China and India? Sure many nations buy small amount of Russian arms but none as much as these 2 nations,
South Korea is not a Western nation nor is Malaysia, Cyprus, Kuwait, or Indonesia...Greece will not be buying anything from anyone anytime soon.Finland is also moving to the West.
If you count Mexico as a Russian arms buyer then you should include the US too. After all we buy helicopters and rent Russian transport aircraft!
What the hell would NATO want from Russia?
