No, it's a church. It was built by the RCA, but they sold it to the Catholic church a few years ago.

Here's the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC, the largest of the great Anglican cathedrals. You may notice from the picture that it isn't actually finished yet. They've been building this thing for over a century.
