Hashimara is the major air base and used to be the HQ of Eastern Air Force which has moved to Shiliguri. Hashimara is practically at the so called "border" with Bhutan. IAF has been in a spree to construct several air bases in NE in recent years.
2. China, Pakistan and BD need to work out contingencies to:
a. Destroy these by missiles in case hostilities break out.
b. Train teams of local FFs to destroy these even when there is no war but India is combative.

1.Bangladesh isn't a concern even less than a diddly squat(0.0000001%).We will open our barrages & fooooooo
2.China would never strike or have a direct war with India.Although all havoc goes around China India has more economic collaboration than Bangladesh Pakistan combined.Also if gone by considering your case it would start a world war & US would deploy all assets to obliterate China.China could only do indirect help to Pakistan.
