Most of these are training uniforms, not combat uniforms.

PLA combat uniforms would be complete with bulky kevlar body armor, ballistic vest, military backpack, and possibly digitized helmet.

Oh my gosh! It's about time world consider china as world's top contender for super power and I hope India doesn't commit suicide of its' still developing economy and modernising military [both 10-15 years behind of china] by going on conflict with china [not that its' gonna but still].
