PLA simulates siege on Taiwan's Presidential Office!

lol exactly, i think in 2010 I read a Taiwanese air force pilot wrote "Diaoyu is ours" on a bomb strapped to a F-16 lol

They really need to be educated in Taiwan's internal politics and dynamics. They forget the dashed line is actually put down by the Nationalist Gov't. That's the same government that rules Taiwan today. The islands and all the claims are in the Constitution. The beef Mainland and Taiwan has is political, not geographic. Both sides deeply believe it and defend the Greater China, which includes, actually, outer Mongolia, SCS and ECS.

Hahaha, so cute. But you should know very well that Japan has a deep, deep , deep longing for Taiwan and this is prepared to deal with our precious Taiwanese partner on beneficent bilateral mechanisms. You as a Chinese mainlanders cannot begin to fathom the special relationship and positive attitude Japan and Japanese people as a whole have for Taiwanese. We LOVE Taiwan. As I'm sure most Taiwanese feel the same about Japan and Japanese, despite some minor disputes here and there, minor.

Am I right @TaiShang

I've been to Taiwan plenty of times and everytime I'm in Greater Taipei Metro region, I always always and I repeat always feel like I'm at home. Taiwan is like the way China should be, deeply conservative , traditional, and deeply still religious. It's so similar like in Japan.

Japanese will always love Taiwan.

My old buddies used to joke around "Huang and Watanabe Brothers" LOL

Everybody loves everybody else. This is business rule no 1. The actual feelings are not really possible to quantify. But, there is the historical reality that is deeply ingrained in every Chinese mind, be it on the island of TW or the Mainland.

As a small island, TW has little choice but be cute to everyone. But this does not mean it is still not a deeply nationalist country. Keep in mind, we still visit the places of resistance against the Japanese colonialism.

Japanese popular culture used to be bigger. It was first Hong Kong. Then Japan took over which was eclipsed by Korea. Recently, it is mostly local and mainland productions.

But Japanese tech and manufactured food is still valued.

For Taiwanese, China feels more like an embodiment of Chinese culture. Taiwan is only Chinese to the degree the looted items allow.

I appreciate your answer buddy, very diplomatically worded! ;)

Fact is when China forcefully took back control of the Scarborough Shoal in 2012 from the Pinoys, US didn't do a damn thing despite having a defence treaty with the Pinoys

Fact is China is constructing on the SCS and the US can't do a damn thing to stop it

China has messed with the US and won. US is a paper tiger that barks but can't do jack all when it comes to actually stopping China.

China is getting stronger with each passing day and the ability of the US to win in China's backyard diminishes with each passing day.

China will do as it pleases as its power grows.

You will have to live with it kid :coffee:

Lol.. messing with the US by screaming "you go!"? That was funny shyt man. That really scared the shyt out of the US Navy lol.

Fact is, on SCS sea dispute to which Philippines is a party, Taiwan and the Mainland are on the same page, and Taiwan receives lots of assistance.

Next time you kill a Taiwanese fisherman, and we expel all the maids and house servants.

I am from Taiwan and I can actually do that. How is that?

LOL. They might think Taiwan is some sort of fairy land to give up all the islands to Philippines, Vietnam and Japan. In fact, Taiwan is fortifying Taiping and receives help from Mainland. And does not recognize an inch Japanese occupation of Diaoyu Dai.

They should be inherently happy that the nationalist government does not rule China. Otherwise, they would have for long been given a bloody nose, which Beijing is prepared to do albeit a little late.

If Taiwan is so pro China, why is China threatening to invade Taiwan?

Next time we accidentally kill a poacher, we will surely watch your NAVAL DRILL near our backyard and I hope you give us a great show and please stop crashing your fighter planes.

Lets talk when the US military grows a pair of balls and actually destroy China's construction in the SCS

These hot air warnings won't deter China one iota.

Nah dont talk and think like S and N Koreans
The China-haters will be having multiple orgasms in front of their screens if we do it like the Koreans

What does it have anything to do with the Koreans? The Korean Armistice Agreement is signed by all sides that signifies the end of the Korea War and the two Koreas are recognized by UN as separate and sovereign states, whereas there is no treaty, armistice or even ceasefire agreement signed between ROC and PRC that legally designated the end of the Chinese civil war.

The N and S Koreans are more intense and more prone to go to war than Mainland and Taiwan

Oh, I'm not arguing which and what is prone to goto war, but that legally and technically speaking, ROC & RPC are still in a state of ongoing war, and thus shouting "Chinese aggression" for a military exercise targeting Taiwan is rather igorant.

Technical or on paper thingies are bull-shyts most of the time
Was it me who said that " thus shouting "Chinese aggression" for a military exercise targeting Taiwan?

You need to get a new pair of eye glasses man

Yes, and I wasn't replying to you in my initial statement, and the quoted sentence was directed at Spectre.
